The demand for new apartments in Israel remains exceptionally high. In response to this challenging situation, Israel is intensifying efforts to increase residential construction through advanced building technologies and methods. Following Government Decision No. 1383, which focuses on attracting foreign construction companies, the Ministry is launching a new call for proposals (following the 2016 initiative) to invite experienced foreign construction firms to apply for inclusion in the Foreign Contractors Registry authorized to build residential buildings in Israel (“the Registry”).
A foreign company included in the Registry will have the authority to construct residential buildings in Israel and manage projects, overseeing all engineering and performance aspects of the project.
