Interruption of the IT Systems operation which are hosted in the computer rooms of the Ministry of Finance building due to installation of new Automatic Fire Suppression System and new Units of Uninterruptible Power Supply (UPS)
We would like to inform you that a service interruption of the Government Internet Node (GIN) will take place on Friday 17/3/2017 from 12:00 noon until Sunday 19/3/2017 at 10:00 p.m., for the installation of new Automatic Fire Suppression System and new UPS systems in the computer rooms of the Ministry of Finance building.
During this period GIN services will be affected, including access to the Government Web sites, email servers, Sharepoint, Government Gateway and all government electronic services.
In addition to the above mentioned systems, the following systems that are hosted in the Ministry of Finance building will be also interrupted:
Systems for Direct/Indirect TAX (TAX Department), Government DataWare House, FIMAS, e-Procurement, Public Loans, Public Debt, Customs Systems (THESEAS), SharePoint, Office Automation (eOasis), Insurance Companies Control Services, Government Purchasing and Supply Services.
