With the support of the Cyprus Embassy in Iran, the Embassy of Iran in Cyprus and Shasta (the organisation responsible for promoting investment and foreign trade of Iran), the Cyprus Employers and Industrialists Federation (OEB) will organise a business delegation to Iran between 25 – 28 September 2017.
OEB’s delegation to Tehran is taking place following a similar successful mission in 2016. OEB believes that organizing a new business delegation to Iran will lead to better targeting, follow-up, and fostering a climate of co-operation and trust between the companies of the two countries. Following the lifting of international sanctions against Iran, huge opportunities and prospects for business and trade relations between Cyprus and Iran are identified.
The venue will include business meetings (B2B) with Iranian businesspeople interested in co-operation as well as a presentation of the trade / financial trade regime with Iran. OEB’s delegation will be accompanied by the Director of the Office of the President of the Republic of Cyprus, Mr. Michalis Sophocleous.
