Subject: Procurement – external expertise -technical analysis new textile fibre

Dear Members of the Textiles Expert Group,

We would like to share with you information about the negotiated procedure we have launched for contracting external expertise in view of technical analysis of textile fibre application under the EU Textile Labelling Regulation. We are at the first stage of the procedure, ex-ante publicity, when interested organisations can express their interest (the invitation to tender and the submission of the offer will be for a next stage).

Please see below the webpage for more information, grateful if you could share the link with any testing laboratory/organisation eligible and interested to apply. The deadline for the expression of interest is 23 of September.
